The Oushadhi Mrs. Kerala 2023 grand finale, organized by Espanio Events, took place on 23rd September 2023 at the luxurious Camelot in Alleppey. This prestigious beauty pageant is exclusively designed for married women of Kerala or Kerala origin, irrespective of their professional background. The event, sponsored by Oushadhi, featured three competitive rounds. Out of over 3,000 applicants worldwide, 28 contestants were selected for the grand finale through rigorous auditions.

In addition to the title winner and runners-up, 15 contestants earned special accolades, showcasing their unique talents and merits.
